What type of file do you accept?

• We accept a range of different formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF, TIFF (However, PDF Files are strongly recommended.)
• We recommend PDFs or High Resolution JPEG.

What resolution should my file be?

• A file resolution of 300dpi would be the ideal file resolution.

What are the file dimensions?

• Please check our templates for file dimensions and guidelines.

What are bleed, trim, safe areas?

• Bleed: The portion of your design that will be trimmed off when the card is cut to the final size. The purpose of it is to make sure your design or image reaches the edge of the cards so no white edges would be shown.
• Trim: The final cut size of your cards after the “bleed” has been cut off.
• Safe Area: The area inside the “trim”. It’s smaller that the final card size. The purpose of the safe area is to make sure your most important information does not get cut off.

What type of payment do you accept?

• As of right now we only accept Paypal as payment online. However, you can make payments in store. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard in store.

Do you guys ship out orders?

• As of right now we only do in store pick-ups.
